1893-M Proof Half Sovereign

Proofs are known of most Melbourne mint dates and are generally known by 3 or 4 examples. The first coins out of the Perth mint was an 1899-P half sovereign and sovereign pair. These are unqiue and were offered in 1987 through Spink Australia, then later in 1994 via Noble Numismatics. The 1893-M proof or pattern is the other unique type though has not surfaced in many years.
