1884-M Proof Half Sovereign

Proofs are known of the dates of 1884 and 1886 though mint records show that proofs or specimens were also produced in 1881, 1885 and 1887. While it is likely that the 13 proofs issued in 1887 consist of the Jubilee Head issues, none of the Young Head types are known to exist.
