Banner Advertisements must comply with the following conditions otherwise they may be subject to removal without notice. Repeated failure to comply with the following conditions may result in the suspension of your access to this service.

Advertisement graphics may not depict material of an obscene, distasteful or otherwise adult nature nor may they link to such material.

Advertisement graphics may not be in violation of Australian or International law nor may they link to such material and the account holder holds all responsibility for the legal consequences of material uploaded from their account.

Banner credit may be used towards banner advertisements only and is not transferable or refundable.
